Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Technical – Application & Sales Support to support our sales and project teams through technical expertise, application engineering, and customer solution design. The role involves close coordination with customers, internal teams, and vendors to deliver efficient and customized process solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical application support for food, dairy, beverage, and mithai processing solutions

- Support sales team with technical presentations, proposals, and solution explanations

- Conduct technical discussions with customers, understand process challenges, and propose optimized solutions

- Coordinate with design, production, and project execution teams for smooth implementation.

- Stay updated with industry standards, process technologies, and regulatory norms.
Prefered Candidate Profile:

- Mechanical Engineering in B-Tech or Food Technology.
- Excellent teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience between 3 to 8 years.
