Carbonator- This advanced carbonator for soda ensures accurate and proportional mixture of water, syrup, and carbon dioxide duly controlled by the PLC. It can also be interconnected with a water or syrup chiller and is available from 500 to 10,000 LPH capacities.
Water and Syrup Chiller- This item is suitable for bringing down the temperature of water or syrup below 4 C. This facilitates mixing and absorption of CO2 with water or syrup. Available in batch and continuous online models chiller with capacity between 500 – 5,000 ltr/hr.
Bottle Filling Sealing – After carbonation, carbonated soft drinks are filled in bottles or cans using different sealing andpacking machine that fills the carbonated fizzy drinks, soda drinks using micro-negative pressure filling technology to ensure hygienic filling and sealing of canned and bottled drinks. This is done using semi-automatic filling and sealing machines for small capacity requirement up to 2000 bottles-hr or Automatic Rinsing-Filling-capping machines for medium to large scale capacities for 2000-15000 bottles-hr.
