KHOA / MAWA / MILKCAKE MAKING KETTLE
Suitable for various sweets applications like Khoya, Burfi, Petha, Basunddi and Kulfi making. SS vessels are fitted with planetary type mixing assembly with rotating Teflon blades. Hemispherical vessel design for easing cooling and cleaning. Available in Conduction type, steam jacketed, burner fired and thermal insulated models for capacities ranging from 50 to 500 lt/hr.

MYSORE PAK / HALWA MAKING KETTLE

Suitable for making all types of Halwa like Moong Dal, Karachi, Besan, Aatta, Burfi, Mysore Pak, Kaju and Maida varieties etc. ‘Made from SS304 with tilting arrangement. Fitted with twin arm planetary. agitator assembly for continuous mixing and turning of products while it simultaneously scrapes the bottom of the vessel while baking/cooking the product. Fitted with high capacity gas burner.Available in 100-250 lt/hr capacity per batch

RASGULLA FILLING KETTLE
Suitable to maintain temperature of Rasgulla/Gulabjamun in sugar syrup before filling and seaming in cans. This ensure and enhances shelf life of canned sweets.
Available in single/double kettle design of 25/50/70/100 ltrs kettle capacities.

MILK BOILING KETTLE
Suitable to boil and concentrate milk into mawa/ chena/ khoa as per process requirements.
