Position – Assistant Manager/Manager

Implementing HR Strategy for the corporate & plant based on the need of the Business and overall environment of the organization.
Workforce Planning & Forecasting for an optimum workforce & Develop and Maintain right structure with optimum manpower, Maintain right JDs as per the structure
Create & Maintain an Organogram of all functions and keep it updated regularly.
Identifying and developing a right sourcing plan to attract talent by developing Employer Branding strategy to ensure right supply of talent at the right time and minimum cost.
Developing a right selection and right recruitment process at optimum cost.
Maintain an appropriate on-boarding process of any new employees
Planning and implementing People Capability Building or Talent development process in both Technical and Behavioral Competencies and also Maintain Training room other training infrastructure to support Learning
Handling workman (Blue Collar) training and development process
Implement & maintain all HR policies to support smooth working
Develop and Maintain an efficient HR operation (including Leave, pay roll, PF, ESI, wages etc) with error free
Develop and manage a performance appraisal system (along with Goal deployment and KRA/KPI system)
Implement 2-way communication process (including employee complaint handling process)
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Creating succession planning for all key Leadership role for future
Developing and Implementing Talent Retention plans through Compensation & Benefits study and other employee benefits programs from time to time.
Driving Employee Engagement (motivation) action plan across the Organization
Develop employee involvement/participation scheme and implement it through the line managers
Sustain and strengthen employee relation and harmony in Plants
Ensuring all Statutory Compliances & legal compliance are met in HR area
Driving Code of Conduct to Inculcate organizational values
Supporting to Create a culture of Quality across organization through TQM implementation
Develop and facilitate implementation of safety policies and system for accident free plant
Maintain HR processes and systems as per the automation.
