Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Manager to drive sales in the Food and Beverage
Industry for processing and packaging machinery across North and East India. The ideal candidate will
have a technical background and a strong track record in industrial equipment sales.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Sales Generation: Achieve sales targets for Food and Beverage Processing and Packaging Machinery by managing territories in North India.
Client Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with clients to generate leads, explore new opportunities, and ensure consistent follow-ups to finalize deals.
Industry Expertise: Leverage industry knowledge in Food/Dairy/Oil or related processing and packaging machines to identify potential customers and recommend solutions.
Technical Selling: Demonstrate strong technical understanding and selling capabilities in plant machinery and industrial equipment.
Travel and Networking: Engage in touring across North India to meet potential clients and expand market presence.
Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to provide accurate and timely proposals, ensuring client requirements are met effectively.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:
B.Tech (Engineering) or Graduate/Post-Graduate in Sales/Marketing.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years in sales, preferably in industrial equipment, capital goods, or projects.
  • Experience in selling to the Food, Dairy, Oil, or related processing and packaging industries is highly preferred.
  • Candidates with a background in selling utility equipment such as Boilers, Compressors, and ETP systems are also encouraged to apply.

  • Strong B2B sales expertise, particularly in plant and machinery.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Passion for sales and business development.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and eager to grow in a stable and challenging environment.
