Position Overview:
Bajaj ProcessPack Limited is seeking an experienced Manager – International Business Development
with a strong technical background and proven expertise in the Eastern and Western African
markets. The ideal candidate should have 5-10 years of relevant experience and a well-established
network of industry contacts developed independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Eastern and Western Africa, leveraging an in-depth understanding of local markets and technologies.
Network Building: Utilize existing networks and independently develop relationships with key industry stakeholders, clients, and partners.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute effective market entry and growth strategies tailored to regional business environments and technological advancements.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to align and execute business objectives.
Negotiation: Lead negotiations and manage contracts to secure favorable agreements that drive business growth.
Performance Analysis: Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field; MBA.
Experience: 5-10 years in international business development, particularly in Eastern and Western Africa.
Technical Expertise: Strong technical background with the ability to understand and convey complex technological concepts.

Skills: Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned regions.
