Position Overview:
As a Sales Coordinator at Bajaj Processpack Limited, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth execution of sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:

- Assist the sales team in daily operations, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing sales presentations and proposals.

- Track sales activities, monitor progress against targets, and prepare regular sales reports for management.

- Handle customer inquiries, providing product information and follow-up support with the technical support team to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Ensure closure of sales lead into Orders with collaborative efforts with field sales and Technical Support team.
Customer Relationship Management:

- Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring that all customer interactions are logged and tracked.

- Foster strong relationships with key clients by providing exceptional customer service and support.

- Assist in identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing customers.
Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends within the food processing industry.

- Analyze competitor activities and industry developments to support the sales team in strategic decision-making.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials, campaigns, and promotional strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role, preferably in an engineering or a manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Google Business Suite .
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail and Systematic approach to work.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
