Fully Automatic Ultra-high Temperature Sterilizer
(UHT) Tubular Type

The equipment is designed to sterilize puree/pulp concentrates, fibrous liquids to ensure long period shelf life. It is designed through digital heat quantity calculation which controls the precise sterilization temperature and cooling time, thus reducing flavour/aroma/nutrition loss and ensuring ascepticity of the product.

• Tubular sterilizer are used for high viscosity liquids or liquids or liquids containing granules / fibres.
• The equipment adopts multiple heating tubes incorporating floating heads / double sealing and can endure pressure drops. It adopts multiple sections to carry out heating, sterilization and cooling and can attain heat conducting efficiency up to 90%.
• The equipment incorporates multiple temperature detectors which are linked to the controlling PLC. The system is programmed for automatic CIP cleaning.

Ultra High Temperature (UHT) Sterilizer Plate Type

This is a fully automatic system suitable to sterilize milk, juice and other beverages to ensure long period shelf life of the product. The unit includes multi-stage heating and cooling systems which are equipped with state-of-the-art controls like Temperature, Pressure, Flow Rate Data Logger, Product Pressure Sensors, Product Line Thermocouples with displays. Automatic high velocity product - pre and final heater is also installed. The complete unit is equipped with automatic CIP cleaning system. The unit is available in various capacities varying from 1 t/hr upto 10 t/hr.
