BM 453 is a stale-of -the-art PLC controlled Form-Fill and Seal machine. All the vital operations of the machine like sealing and cutting are pneumatically activated for fast and highly efficient operations.

• All operations from Weighing. Filling and Sealing are accurately controlled by state-of-the-art sophisticated PLC.
• Pneumatically controlled intermittent sealing ensures precise high quality air-tight sealing and facilitates synchronization with various Weigh/Fill attachments.
• Photocell controlled printed points tracing system ensures extremely accurate bag forming, sealing and cutting performance.
• The machine is designed to perform pillow type packing and can be adapted for various packing sizes and speeds depending on the product.
• Pneumatically controlled machine has lesser moving components which ensure minimal breakdowns and gives higher production.
• Product out-feed conveyor can be attached optionally.

BM 450 is a Non-PLC control model providing similar packing range like BM 453. The machine incorporates intermittent sealing technology with electro-mechanical operations.
