Multieffect vacuum evaporators find wide application in concentration
of fruit / vegetable juices to produce juice concentrates / tomato
puree, paste etc.
The concentration is done at low temperatures to preserve natural
colour / aroma / nutrition content. It is equipped with aroma recovery
and on-line sugar concentration detection system. Thus enhancing the
consistency and quality of the final products.
