Cooking Kettle Tilting Type

Suitable for cooking pulp or juices. The Kettle is 2/3rd jacketed and is made of SS 304.

Cooking Kettle Fixed Type

The Kettle is available with fixed scraper attachment. The tuflon scraper scrapes the inner surface of Kettle and is driven by attached geared motor or gearbox-motor attachment. The scraper attachment ensures that there is no blackening or charring of product while cooking or heating.

Available in: 50, 100, 150 gal capacities

Vacuum Evaporated Kettle

Suitable for cooking products under vacuum. The vessel is interconnected with condenser, suitable vacuum pump/motor. A geared motor ensures slow speed scraping inside the vessel while cooking. This enables product to beboiled at 55-60 °C under vacuum condition.
