Cooking Kettle Tilting
Cooking Kettle (Tilting Type)

Suitable for cooking of pulp or juices or making sugar syrup / brine solution. Made from SS 304, the kettle is 2/3rd jacketed for uniform distribution of the heat. The tilting of kettle facilitates easy pouring of the preparation.

The Kettle is available with fixed scraper attachment. The tuflon scraper scrapes the inner surface of kettle and is driven by attached geared motor or gearbox-motor attachment. The scraper attachment ensures that there is no blackening or charring of product while cooking or heating.

Vacuum Evaporated Kettle
Vacuum Evaporated Kettle

This cooking equipment is suitable for cooking and concentrating products under vacuum to make jam, ketchup, tomato puree etc. The vessel is interconnected with condenser, suitable vacuum pump / motor. A geared motor ensures slow speed scraping inside the vessel while cooking. Vaccum Cooking is done at 55o c temperature which preserves the natural color, aroma and taste of the product.

Multi-Effect Vacuum Concentrator

Multieffect vacuum evaporators find wide application in concentration of fruit / vegetable juices to produce juice concentrates / tomato puree, paste etc.

The concentration is done at low temperatures to preserve natural colour / aroma / nutrition content. It is equipped with aroma recovery and on-line sugar concentration detection system. Thus enhancing the consistency and quality of the final products.
