Suitable for filling sealing range of products from 50 gm-1000 gm. It can be synchronised with different types of filling systems.

BMPL offers a range of Automatic Form Fill Seal Machines. BM 240 series range is rotary sealer type Automatic Form Fill Seal Machines which can Fill-Seal upto 250 gm only of powder/grannles/liquid. Our Automatic Form Fill Seal Machines ensure long life and better quality products that meet the international standards. Our range of Automatic Form Fill Seal Machines includes BM 240 (L), BM 240 (A), BM 240 ( C), BM 330 and BM 330 (W).

240 Series (Form Fill Seal Machine)

Suitable for granules fill in pouches upto 250gm. filling range.

Specification:
Sealing type: 3 side, 4 side and Centre seal.

Packing size: Length: 40 to 240 mm.

Width: 40 to 250 mm.

Packing Range:
Powder and Granules: 2 to 200 gm

Liquids: 2 to 20 ml, 20 to 50 ml & 50 to 100 ml.

(Different Machines would be required to pack different pacing range.)

240 Series (A) (Form Fill Seal Machine)

Suitable for weighing/fill powder and ground spices/turmeric powder/milk powder. MCS in fitted with augar filler attachment for accurate weighing.

Specification:
Sealing type: 3 side, 4 side and Centre seal.

Packing size: Length: 40 to 240 mm.

Width: 40 to 250 mm.

Packing Range:
Powder and Granules: 2 to 200 gm

Liquids: 2 to 20 ml, 20 to 50 ml & 50 to 100 ml.

(Different Machines would be required to pack different pacing range.)

Fitted with a positive displacement pump that sucks the required quantity and fills-in the pouch. It can also be fitted with special hopper type pump for very viscous or thick liquids.

240 Series (L) (Form Fill Seal Machine)

Suitable to weighing fill liquids like Ketchup/Shampoo/Oil in pouches upto 200 ml.

Sealing type: 3 side, 4 side and Centre seal.

Packing size: Length: 40 to 240 mm.

Width: 40 to 250 mm.

Packing Range:
Powder and Granules: 2 to 200 gm

360 Series (Form Fill Seal Machine)

BM 330 series is an advanced version of the BM 240 series. The rotory sealing system has been replaced by an intermittent sealing systems which ensures easy changeover from one size to another.

Packing size: Length: 30 to 300 mm.

Width: 30 to 330 mm.
